Expert Bio
Frank Lünemann is Head of the Europe Programme at CGSRS. He focuses on Ukrainian and Moldovan politics and Russian foreign policy. He has worked for the Council of the EU in the inter-institutional relations department and reported mainly from the Foreign Affairs and Security and Defense committee meetings in the European Parliament to the Council. At the Egmont Institute for International Relations in Brussels he co-authored a book chapter on Europe and emerging powers.
Frank has a M.A. degree in Security, Politics and Integration from University College London. Frank speaks fluent German, English, Dutch, French, Spanish, and Russian.
